- provision of oral and/or written legal advice as well as clarifications on legal issues; - preparation of statements of claim, complaints and other documents of a legal nature; - representing the Client in court, including during the execution of judgements, as well as in state bodies and other organizations, including their administration, and before individuals; - participation in pre-trial proceedings and criminal court as a defender, as well as a representative of victims, civil plaintiffs, civil defendants; - participation in the administrative process as a defender, representative of the victim, other individuals or legal entities taking part in the administrative process; - conducting on behalf and in the interests of the Client of legally significant actions within the powers granted by the Client and the legislation;
